Refund Policy: Sosa Translation Services (STS) for the convenience of our customers accepts all major credit cards, bank drafts (ETF) and (ACH). As well as cash and check payments. In order to better serve our customers it is not our tradition to take payments in advance for our services but to invoice our customers after services had been performed. However we are fully aware that advanced payments are possible, if we are to accept those refund policy is:

Refunds will be provided to clients, customers, subsidiaries and/or contractors if service paid for is not performed,·client is not satisfied or STS cancels the work.

A penalty of 25% will be deducted from the advanced payment if cancelation comes from the client, contractor, subsidiary or customer with less that 72 hours notice.

On completed and invoiced work no refund will be given since invoices are due fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days after work had been completed.
